Blooket Popularity
Blooket was a released in 2019, however it wasn't until late 2020 that it began to gain popularity. In almost every month in the winter of 2020-2021 the Blooket website doubled in traffic. Many months however experienced much more growth than that. From October to November, Blooket's traffic multiplied by almost 10 times. The growth has caused Blooket's servers to be overwhelmed frequently. The servers would often slow and crash.
So sorry to anyone that experienced the slow performance of our site today. We had a lot of traffic and our servers were not ready. We’ll get on this and fix it for next week.

Blooket's servers are now able to handle a higher capacity, and slowdowns have been reduced. As more gamemodes and blooks are released in the future, Blooket will continue to grow.

As of early March, Blooket has had over 8 million site visits in the past month, and has almost 5 million registered users.
