Winning Strategy:
On the first round, pick any tower. Wait until you have 6 coins, and the buy a unicorn. Continue buying unicorns, and upgrading in this order: Majestic Unicorn, Kaboom Unicorn, then Crazy Unicorn. Begin covering the path with Emperor Penguins. Add Wind Dragons and Disco Pigs along the path. Also add Agent Owls on the edges of the map. Add a few Mini Jesters to boost towers. Continue this pattern until the board is full. It should look something like this:
